TPU 95A EMI
TPU 95A EMI is a thermoplastic polyurethane shielding compound for flexible molded electronics components that need elastomeric movement with controlled surface conductivity. The dCNT-filled TPU delivers 44.5 dB/cm total shielding and 37.8 dB/cm absorbed shielding at 28 GHz, with 538.7% elongation at break, good surface finish, and low foreign particulate matter generation.

Usage Guide
Processing
- Line card processing temperature: 200 C.
- Drying time: 12 hours at 80 C.
