LSR 75A EMI
LSR 75A EMI is an injection moldable, two-part liquid silicone rubber formulated for flexible EMI shielding parts. The dCNT network provides broadband shielding performance with strong absorption at EHF millimeter-wave frequencies, including 31.1 dB/cm total shielding at 27.5 GHz, while the silicone platform supports flexible gaskets, gap pads, connectors, over-molded inserts, and electronic component encapsulation.

Usage Guide
Processing
- Requires thorough 1:1 mixing of Parts A and B.
- Post-curing at 150 C for 1-2 hours can enhance physical characteristics.
Qualification
- Avoid curing-inhibiting chemicals such as organo-tins or sulfur compounds.
